Terms of Service
These terms cover every service you buy from 247WorkingHost.Com, a brand of Multi Zone Corporation. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask us at support@247workinghost.com before you order.
1. Your account
You need to give us your real name, a working email address and a phone number we can reach you on. Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
2. Orders and setup
We set up most hosting accounts once the first invoice is paid. Servers, VPS and some domain extensions are set up by hand and can take longer; we will tell you if there is a delay. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we activate an order, and we can refuse any order without giving a reason. If we refuse, any payment for that order is returned in full.
3. Billing and renewals
Services are billed in advance for the period you choose. We email the renewal invoice before the due date. Please pay it on time: if an invoice is overdue we may suspend the service, and if it stays unpaid we may cancel it and remove the data. Domains that are not renewed before expiry go through the registry's grace and redemption periods, and restoring them in redemption costs extra.
Prices can change. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change on an existing service, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
You are responsible for any bank, wallet or card fees on your side. Payments sent to the wrong account or without the invoice number may take longer to match.
4. Fair use of resources
Shared hosting means sharing a server with other customers. "Unlimited" plans are unlimited for normal websites, not for file storage, backups, video streaming, or scripts that use a lot of CPU or memory. If an account starts slowing the server down for everyone, we may limit it and will talk to you about moving to a bigger plan or a VPS.
5. What is not allowed
Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what you cannot host or send. In short: nothing illegal, no spam, no malware or phishing, no attacks on other systems, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension without notice.
6. Your content and backups
You own what you upload. You give us permission only to store, copy and serve it so we can run the service. We take backups to protect our servers, but they are not a replacement for your own. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; we cannot promise that a backup will be available for every date.
7. Uptime and support
We aim to keep services online at least 99.9% of the time each month, not counting planned maintenance we announce in advance. See the Service Level Agreement for what happens if we fall short. Support is through tickets, email and WhatsApp. Urgent problems such as a server being down are worked on around the clock.
8. Cancelling
You can ask to cancel any service from your client area. You can choose to stop at the end of the paid period or straight away. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please download your files and emails before the service ends, as we remove the data afterwards.
9. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or end a service if an invoice is unpaid, if you break these terms or our policies, if the service puts our network or other customers at risk, or if a court or authority requires it. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
10. Limits of our liability
We work hard to keep things running, but we cannot guarantee the service will never fail. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the problem.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If a change matters for you, we will email you before it takes effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to sort out a disagreement by talking first.
