• Billing records: invoices, payments and the method used. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device when you log in, open an invoice or contact support. We use this for security and to spot fraud.
• Support conversations: tickets, chats and emails you send us.
• Data inside your services: the files, databases and emails you host with us. We do not look at these unless you ask us to, or we have to in order to fix a problem or investigate abuse.

Why we use it

To set up and run your services, send invoices and service notices, answer support requests, keep accounts secure, meet legal and tax duties, and, if you agreed to it, send you occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from offers at any time with the link in the email.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us provide the service: domain registries and registrars (they need your contact details for the WHOIS record), data centres and server providers, payment processors, and email delivery services. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually several years after your last invoice. Data inside a cancelled service is deleted after the service ends. Logs used for security are kept for a limited time.

Your choices

You can update your details in the client area at any time. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@247workinghost.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use encrypted connections, two-factor login for staff, limited access to customer data, and regular security checks. No system is perfect, so please use strong passwords and turn on two-factor login in your account.
