Acceptable Use Policy
This policy keeps our servers fast and safe for everyone. It applies to every service and every user of an account, including your own customers.
You may not use our services to
- Host or share anything illegal in Pakistan or in the country where the server is located.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, buy or rent mailing lists, or run open mail relays. Marketing email must only go to people who asked for it, with a working unsubscribe link.
- Host phishing pages, malware, viruses, botnets, cracking tools or stolen data.
- Scan, attack, flood or try to break into other systems, including ours.
- Host content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses people.
- Infringe copyright or trademarks, including pirated software, films or music.
- Mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting.
- Run processes that use far more CPU, memory or disk I/O than a normal website, slowing the server for others.
Hacked or infected accounts
If your site is hacked and starts sending spam or attacking others, we may suspend it to protect the server. We will tell you what we found and help you clean it up.
Reporting abuse
Send reports to support@247workinghost.com with the subject "Abuse" and include links, headers or logs. We look at every report.
What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit the account, suspend it or close it without a refund. Illegal content will be reported to the authorities.
