Taking your own backup

1. In cPanel open Backup (or JetBackup if it is listed).
2. Download a Home Directory backup for your files and each MySQL Database backup.
3. Keep the files on your computer or cloud storage.

To restore a backup from our servers, open a ticket with the date you need.
