Stopping your emails going to spam (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Updated 09/10/2026

Big mail providers check three DNS records before they trust your email.

  • SPF lists the servers allowed to send for your domain.
  • DKIM signs each email so it cannot be changed on the way.
  • DMARC tells receivers what to do if the first two fail.

In cPanel open Email Deliverability. If any record shows a problem, click Repair. If your DNS is hosted somewhere else (for example Cloudflare), copy the suggested records there. Open a ticket if you would like us to check it for you.
